[MilCom] BIGFOOT & PEAK comms

PEAK-11 & PEAK-12 are currently playing in the range, working BIGFOOT on 271.00 and a/a on 138.425.  The Buckley Boys couldn't get BIGFOOT to hear them at first, so there was a lot of chat on VHF to set up reliable comms... once the comms were set up, off they go to play.

No audio snagged, unfortunately.
