[MilCom] BAT CAVE freq conflicts

Yeah, up here Ft Campbell Ops (victor) and Scott AFB
CP (victor) use 130.65 and numerous times i've heard
Flight Express (check carriers, C-210's and Beech
Barons) use that as their "company" a2a freq also. 
And would wonder if the people at Campbell could hear
these conversations, which i'm sure they can.
