[MilCom] Delta 2 launch today; range security acft flying now

It is 1:10pm EDT (1710z).
  A Delta 2 is scheduled to launch today from Cape Canaveral AFS at  2:50pm 
EDT (1850z).  It will be carrying another GPS satellite into  orbit.
  Launch-related aircraft have been flying for the past hour.
  BAT 01 and BAT 02, Airscan's T-337H Skymaster range security  acft out of 
Space Coast RAP have been up, and have been in comms on both 156.8  and 157.15, 
calling in coordinates.  They are also checking in with their  Ops on 123.475 
and providing periodic "ops normal" calls.
  JOLLYs (Patrick HH-60G Pave Hawk helos) are also up; they have been  in 
comms with Cape Control on 133.8.
