[MilCom] PRIDE 11 flyby

   Just got home in time to hear and see flyby at Dover Downs NASCAR 400 race
of 2 FA-18s. Callsign was PRIDE 11 flt of 2 ,though earlier driving past 
Dover I 
saw 3 FA-18s out there off runway 1 so maybe one was for airspare or it had 
mech problems.
  PRIDE 11 was A/A 390.950 and UHF Dover tower 279.6250.
They arrived Dover AFB a couple days ago as PRIDE 21 flight VFA-15 Oceana 
NAS.
