[MilCom] Avalon 74 arrives, departs Patrick AFB

It is 1:56pm EDT (1756z).
  Avalon 74, which is C-9C (73-1683) based at Scott AFB, arrived at  Patrick 
AFB earlier today, dropped off some pax, and worked the local pattern  while 
waiting to pick the pax back up.  He departed here a short while ago;  I just 
had him up on 120.15 Orlando Appr.
  I managed to get a few pics of this acft in which the tail number  31683 is 
clearly visible.  This acft came to Scott's AFRC unit from the  Andrews AFB 
89AW, and it still bears the colorful and patriotic paint scheme of  its old 
stable, even the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA blazened along the  fuselage.  Very 
pretty airplane.
  All three Andrews AFB C-9Cs (73-1681, 73-1682 & 73-1683  transfered from 
Andrews to the Scott AFB AFRC unit a good while  ago.
