[MilCom] PITMAN F-16s in CAP using 138.025 for air-air

  The PITMAN F-16s in the POTUS-visit CAP are using 138.025 for  air-air 
comms.
  As I type this, Dubya is stepping inside Air Force One preparing to  take 
off from Orlando.
