[MilCom] NASA 922, a new NASA T-38

Earlier today, we had a new NASA T-38 arrive and depart.
  NASA 922 arrived at Patrick just a bit before noon, and departed to  
Norfolk NAS at 12:25pm EDT (1625z).
  No mistaking the callsign; he used it with Tower, with Clearance  Delivery 
and with St Pete Radio on 255.4.
  Hoping someone can get a look at the numbers at the top of the  tail.
