I've logged some Ryan flights OAK-HNL that used REACH 9xx callsigns. 
They still call their OPS group via an ARINC phone patch and provide 
tail numbers, etc. like a normal Ryan flight.  And I've heard at least 
two of them say "Ryan ... er, REACH 9xx" on VHF.
