[MilCom] Mre on Reach 204

Reach 204 has passed her destination, on 311.0, as  Minneapolis-St Paul, and 
asked that her ETA of 2050z be passed to DSN 783-2461,  which is MN-ANG.  So 
maybe the acft is a 133AW bird.

It is Wed 12:38pm EDT (1638z).
  Reach 204 (YL voice) is up with MacDill's Lightning Ops on  311.0. Says she 
is passing overhead their station. Requests they phone TACC  (Scott AFB) and 
inform of 1510z take-off time.  She passed her tail as  "50101."  I have been 
unable to find C-130 with that tail number; maybe one  of us will snag more 
comms from the flight and find out if I copied the tail  number correctly.
