I think the Intel folks are barking up the wrong tree.
What they really need to do to win any war is to draft SPAMMERS.  These
lowlifes can crack ANYTHING, get through any filtering, would sell their
mothers, and are so despicable they could piss off the pope.

The war would be over in a matter of a few emails.
