[MilCom] HF comms strong today; 8983.0 active with USCG

It is Mon, 1:00pm EDT (1700z).
  CG 1503, a C-130 out of CGAS Elizabeth City, is reporting  positions to CG 
CAMSLANT-Chesapeake on 8983.0 KHz USB.  Just passed  current position as 
35-25.1 North, 77-32.5 West.  That places him near New  Bern NC.
  Signal coming in very Lima Charlie here in Florida from both  the ground 
sta and acft.
