[MilCom] Grits 31 headed home; tanker cancelled.

It is Mon, 10:26am EDT (1426z).
  Charleston 437AW C-17A "Grits 31" worked the pattern at Patrick for  an 
hour and a half, then just announced that his tanker had cancelled; so he  will 
RTB to CHS.  Against today's robin's-egg-blue sky over Florida, I was  almost 
able to make out the tail number on this Globemaster; and I believe it is  
80054 (98-0054).  
  Grits 31 is using VHF ATC freqs for his return to Charleston.  Routing 
included Savannah as a waypoint.
