[MilCom] Mail Delivery Problems?

Interestingly, my posts have been making it to the lists BUT the return back 
to me isn't happening & also some postings aren't being received.  Not sure 
if it's a dsl provider (Verizon) problem or qtn.net & others.  I've noted 
the same thing is happening on the mailgroups at yahoogroups.com, so perhaps 
verizon is in meltdown!!!   Anyone else having problems?   If you send me 
email privately, don't know if I'll get it or not!!! ;)
