[MilCom] Log: Alexandria IAP (AEX), Louisiana 16th September 2006

It was a VERY quiet day to spend out on the ramp. The only visitor  was:

UC-35B 03-0016 USAPAT in/out as "PAT 745," departed to Fort Leonard  Wood, Mo.

The reason for my being on the ramp was to photograph the  (delayed)  
departure to Columbus, Ohio of Central African Republic  C-130A TL-KNK. It 
departed as "TL-KNK" at about 1620 local. They were about  four hours late due 
to some minor issues. Still, got some nice   photographs. It looks very sharp 
now in the full markings. Houston, Fort Worth,  and Memphis centers were 
monitored all day with NOTHING routing through  these parts.
