[MilCom] Daryll Symington milcom listings?

On my computer, I have some Word documents (can no longer remember where I got
them) that list military installations natiowide and commonly used frequencies
associated with these facilities.  The work is listed as "copyright 2003 Daryll
Symington". 

Recently, I saw someone makes reference to a 2006 copyrighted document by
Daryll that sounds like a newer version of what I have. 

Some quick web searches haven't been terribly helpful.  Any veteran listeners
out there know Daryll or his work?  Accurate?  Where can one get the current
documents?
