It is Wed, 4:12pm EDT (2012z).
  "Red Lion 615" is passing through the area. He is up with Patrick's  tower 
on 269.375 stating that he is heading to NAS Jacksonville. He is an H-60  
helo, belonging to NAS Jax HS-15 sqdn.
