[MilCom] JSTARS "T-3" up with Northrop Grumman ground sta "Terra 5"

It is Wed, 1:23pm EDT (1723z).
  From the Northrop Grumman JSTARS Integration Facility, we are  hearing test 
comms on 231.75 between the test acft "T-3" and NG ground station  "Terra 5." 
 It all started early in the morning when Terra 5 announced "We  have the 
SCDL up."  Still going strong.
