Starting about 10:00AM

Have two aircraft (one is HAGAR 70 the other is RAID 10) on 352.60 (AR220
Primary).  AR220 will be unavailable due to the CAP  (see below), they are
going to try to do a random refuel.  They are coordinating with Cleveland
Center on 299.20 for a random refuelling track.  These two are staying on
352.60 while they are refuelling (although they are not on the AR220 track).

Have CHEVY 25 and 26 on 260.90 and 228.90(NORAD) in the CAP for the
President's visit to the Shanksville, PA Flight 93 memorial being held this
morning.
