[MilCom] Commando Solo Acft heading south

It is Fri, 4:21pm EDT (2021z).
  A short while ago I heard one of the PA-ANG 193SOW EC-130Js heading  south. 
"Baton 60" requested a parrot check with OakGrove on 364.2.  Might  have a 
weekend broadcasting schedule over Cuba in mind.
