[MilCom] FL-ANG F-15 "Coil 01" working offshore

It is Tue, 1:32pm EDT (1732z).
  COIL 01, a FL-ANG 125FW F-15 out of Jax IAP, has been operating  along the 
coast for a while today.  I have heard him with both Miami and  Jax Center 
ATCs:
323.0
380.3
285.5
256.875
  Now he is with Jax Center on 256.875 wanting to go into the offshore  areas 
W-157, near Jacksonville.
