[MilCom] Reach 440 off the ground

It is Mon, 6:22pm EDT (2222z).
Moments ago, McChord 62AW C-17A "Reach 440" departed Patrick AFB.   Very 
overcast here now, so I could not quite make out all of the markings, but I  think 
it is tail 90064.
