It is Mon, 11:41am EDT (1541z).
  About an hour ago I heard CBP acft "Omaha 58" come up for a radio  check on 
243.0.  Also announced he was 10 mi north of the Vero Beach  VOR.  This was 
probably Customs UH-60A 86-24558.
