[MilCom] 6697 BLACK FLY

While trying to hunt down that c/s and this is probably not correct I
came across a page that said..

BLACK FLY - Program including Fairchild Sailwing drone

Its listed as a project and the page was last modified on Sunday,
August 14, 2005 09:41 AM (CDT) so I'm not confident in that result.

Although outdated, it makes for interesting reading...
