[MilCom] A-10 "Claw 51" declares emergency; inbound MacDill AFB

It is Tue, 10:50pm EST (0350z).
  Pope AFB A-10 "Claw 51" is up on Miami Ctr's 349.0 and has  declared an 
emergency for himself and for "Claw 52" due to hung target  illumination flares.  
These are flares that are dropped from the aircraft  and parachuted so as to 
illuminate the target.
  They have just been handed off from 349.0 to 279.6 (Tampa Approach),  and 
they repeated the information concerning their IFE. They are inbound to  
MacDill AFB, their TDY station while they are involved in the CSAR (Combat  Search 
and Rescue) exercise at Avon Park.
