[MilCom] OT -MILCOM SHIRT?

As some of you know I've been doing graphic design work for a screen
printing company as of late and I began thinking that MILCOM
monitors might want a T-shirt or jacket design that would promote the
hobby and set them apart at air shows and the like. It would also be
a great way for MILCOMers to be able to spot one another at events.

With that in mind, I designed a logo of sorts that I think embodies
the heritage and spirit of our favorite past time.

You can view it on my site at:
http://www.benhurtradingco.com/site2/Graphic%20Arts%20.html

Full size artwork is higher resolution and 12X12 inches.

I see it as big on the back with another different small logo on the
left chest which I haven't designed yet. Your ideas welcome. Private
e-mails okay.

It's based on an actual WWII leather patch worn by aircraft spotters
and features a cartoon crow that symbolizes electronic intelligence
gathering. The symbol on the crows shirt is the schematic symbol for
an antenna radial. In his right hand is a telescope for aircraft
spotting and in his left is a portable scanner. B-2 bombers ring the
design.

Now here's the deal,

If I get enough solid positive response to this design and can get
enough MILCOMers who REALLY want to have a T-shirt bearing this art,
I can get the company to custom silk screen the design on t-shirts
sweatshirts or even jackets at a reduced price. Since I'm doing the
artwork and color separations, the cost will be reduced. The price is
completely contingent on how many of you place actual orders.

I don't know what that price will be, yet, but if I get at least
fifty orders I think T-shirts will run about $15.00 each.. with
priority shipping running about $4.00. Jackets and sweats will cost
more of course.

Now keep in mind, these will be hand-printed silk-screened shirts(
not cheap iron-ons) printed on quality materials that should last for
years. We don't print on anything but the best)

Serious responses only. In the event that enough people actually
want to buy a shirt, I will HAVE to have your $ in hand before they
are printed to pay for the shirts themselves. I'm not trying to make
any money for myself on this deal and only doing it because I think
it would be cool. I will personally package and mail each shirt and
be responsible for any returns.

So with that in mind, I'm running it up the flagpole and seeing if
anyone salutes it!
