[MilCom] Alleycat wkg Claw 31 on freq "Blue 1" (328.025)

It is Thu, 12:41pm EDT (1641z).
  Alleycat was just up with Warhawk on 308.075 and said that Claw 31  is 
unable to ctct JTAC Shotgun on Blue 1, so Alleycat will work him on Blue 1  
(328.025). Alleycat now up with Claw 31 there.
