[MilCom] New SPAD Ops

Confirmed tonight that the new SPAD OPS
(301st FW) Victor frequency is 143.750 (AM).
Other confirmed Victor frequencies in use
by the 301st are 140.200, 138.950, and
142.600. They seem to be following the
new frequency realignment and usage
in the 138-150.5 range perfectly for air
ops.
