[MilCom] F-15E "Tiger 71" using 303.0 at Avon Park

It is Tue, 10:44pm EDT (Wed, 0244z).
  Seymour Johnson F-15E "Tiger 71" is about to RTB to TDY base MacDill  AFB 
after working Avon Park Bombing Range. Also caught him on 303.0 air-air with  
unk acft, offering to use his targeting pod to assist the other. This has been  
the first instance of my hearing the SJ boys use 303.0 during this Atlantic  
Strike IV exercise, although I have heard them use it before.  Also, I have  
heard them identify the freq as "Winchester" on some occasions.
