[MilCom] Bolt 21 cancels AAR; has to RTB MacDill with rdo problem

It is Tue, 9:40am EDT (1340z).
   At 9:34am EDT, Charleston AFB C-17A "Lifter 35" began  comms with MacDill 
KC-135 "Bolt 21" regarding AAR training they were about to  commence.  They 
were also up with ATC on 135.075. Bolt  21 then began to have some radio 
problems.
   At 9:37am EDT, Bolt announced he will have to RTB to MacDill.  Apologizes 
to Lifter 35. Now Bolt 21 is on 119.825.
