It is Mon, 9:01pm EDT (Tue, 0101z).
  "Scalp 51," has just arrived at Avon Park Bombing Range and self-IDd  as a 
'single B-52.' He is up on 308.075, but should be switching to one of the  
Avon Control freqs 292.2, 285.725, 264.625.
