[MilCom] Teton 37 making drops at Patrick's Judy DZ

It is 7:21pm EDT (2321z).
  WY-ANG C-130 "Teton 37" has been TDY here for several days and  making 
drops every day. He has just departed Patrick AFB and is about to begin  drops in 
Judy DZ. He has made streamer drops and is about to commence the  live drops.  
He is using 251.9 for air-ground comms with Gondola Yankee (PJ  retireval 
boat) during his operations.
