[MilCom] Patrick airfield open again

It is Tue, 1:25pm EDT (1725z).
   The Patrick AFB airfield opened at 1:00pm EDT; no idea why it  was closed 
all morning. 
   The first plane to land was REACH 547T, which sounds like a  POTUS visit 
support acft callsign. Maybe he is going to visit the state  soon.
  The first plane to depart was C-17A "Ruler 55"; no idea where he is  going; 
he was cleared to "destination."
