King 15 in PJ drops over Cape Canaveral

It is Tue, 12:03pm EDT (1603z).
  King 15, a C-130 from Moody AFB, has dropped off a ground crew at  Cape 
Canaveral AFS and will be executing PJ drops over the CCAFS Skid  Strip.  Comms 
are being heard between the acft and tower on 118.625.
