It is 7:57pm EDT (2357z).
Both Judy DZ and BamBam DZ at Patrick AFB will be busy most of the night.
TDY visitor C-130 "Teton 37" (WY-ANG) is now working over Judy DZ, and
Patrick's "King 64" is preparing to take off. King 64 will be using BamBam DZ.
According to ground comms between the aircraft and Patrick Ops, Teton 37
will use 251.9 for air-ground comms; and King 64 will use 236.0 which he has
said is designated "SAR Bravo freq."
DOS helos are trying to get in some night training also, but are having
their problems with the tower trying to maintain adequate separation from the
C-130s. DOS 145 has gone to the training area west of Patrick over Lake
Washington.
