[MilCom] 138.9000 MHz

Hearing activity this afternoon around 1405 local (2:05 PM EDT),
both sides of the comms. Did not catch any callsigns, but weather
for Milwaukee and Madison was given. The only listing I have for this
is the 181st FW IN ANG (RACER) out of Hulman Field, Terra Haute, IN.

Anyone know of any other units or users for this frequency.
Sounded more like tanker or cargo traffic than it did a fighter.
