[MilCom] Fuel spill only slight for Jolly (90-26233)

It is Sat, 10:05pm EDT (Sun 0205z).
  Patrick FD and HazMat crews say that they have contained the fuel  spill 
from the JOLLY at Golf Helipad, per comms on TalkGroups 32656 &  35856.  They 
also IDd the 301RQS HH-60G JOLLY as tail 90-26233.
