hearing what sounds like cap patrols on 11191khz these
past 2 days
heard phrases like "light him up" "another one with no
squak ident" and "orange stripe him" and a reference
to gitmo
cant quite make out call signs but sound military
like, definately not air traffic control


I am in London, ON and am hearing them in the mobile
with heavy hydro buzz (probably due to the cold and
rain)

any ideas who they are and where.
