A very rare occurance occurred just awhile ago. 
AR-203 (238.9) was being used.  In this case it was
RHETT 81 (KC-135) and EXCEL 18 (??).  AR has just been
completed RHETT 81 is headed home to Robins AFB (KWRB)
direct and EXCEL 18 is "direct VULCAN, J-xx, then
direct Crestview".  Last freq heard was 126.45
(Mckellar High). Does anyone have any idea who EXCEL
18 is?  It is a large a/c of some sort.
