[MilCom] Justice 225 nearby

It is Thu, 10:39am EDT (1439z).
  Hearing "Justice 225" with Miami Ctr ATC on 125.075. Either Dept of  
Justice flight or DoJ contractor flight.
  I also heard him yesterday at about 12:30pm EDT.  Might be  making some 
flights to/from Guantanamo; just a guess.
