[MilCom] SHARKs on 139.8 & 141.9

It is Wed, 11:12am EDT (1512z).
  The Shark 21 flight at Avon Park Bombing Range has broken into two  
flights. Shark 21 flight is using 139.8 for air-air comms; Shark 23 flight is  using 
141.9.
