Actually, I believe that was a nearby Milcomer, Rod Jones, Who made the 
comment about the c/s change.

I noticed the change about a week prior to his mentioning of it, But my 
PC was dead so couldn't report it.

No idea what the call is based on. Strange it's typically people's 
names.
