[MilCom] Reach 228 near Vero Beach

It is Tue, 2:33pm EDT (1833z).
   "Reach 228" has been up several times with OakGrove on 364.2  trying to 
get a "sweet" on modes and codes check.  Says he is now 20 miles  northeast of 
Vero Beach FL.
