[MilCom] MS-ANG's "Ruler 21" working Patrick AFB pattern

It is Tue, 1:32pm EDT (1732z).
  Big MS-ANG C-17A #03-3119 is working the pattern at Patrick AFB as  "Ruler 
21."  He selected the short runway (Rnwy 29) which the RULERs most  often 
request. Some touch-and-goes; some stop-and-goes. Using VHF ATC freqs,  132.65, 
133.75.
