[MilCom] S-3B en route to NAS Jacksonville

It is Tues, 12:57pm EDT (1657z).
  NAS Jacksonville VS-24 Sqdn "Scout 01" just executed a single  touch-and-go 
at Patrick AFB, and then continued on towards NAS Jacksonville. He  has been 
using VHF ATC freqs (a bit unusual).
  I was able to catch the numerals "03" at the top of his tail.
