[MilCom] MIL: 11175.0 - Player with EAM traffic

     11175.0 was active with unknown player (weak/often unreadable to
sometimes weak/readable; maybe ____AIR or ___BEAR) bcsting two EAMS
(WBBKWR; WBSC2J), with ANDREWS bcsting both strings (plus WBQTZB) at
1950z, and with no simulcast freqs heard (maybe too weak at my
location.)
