     11175.0 was active at 1537z with ANDREWS (fair levels here)
bcsting a 6-character EAM (VFL4D5) "FOR ___GO 31" (unable to
understand; maybe FARGO 31 or ?).  Old TACAMO LANT time window for
these things.

October is usually exercise month.  GLOBAL LIGHTNING and all.
