[MilCom] Peach 31 and Sentry 05 up on 13927.1 kHz USB

It is 4:55pm EDT (2055z).
  Both "Peach 31" (JSTARS) and "Sentry 05" (AWACS) who were just up  with 
Trenton Mil on 11232.0 kHz USB, are now up with MARS operators on 13927.1  kHz 
USB.
