Yep, I remember your posting of that one. I am now leaning more towards  
Little Rock for this bird too, although Reno's NV-ANG 130s use Arrow callsign  
too.  But as I hear this plane flying to Tyndall, the callsign sounds more  like 
Arrow 901 than Arrow 91. Also, I am not sure that Reno has any J models.  
Little Rock started to use the Arrow callsign when it got its J models.

ARROW C-130J come into Nashville for a lunch and go. 
But it was from  Little Rock AFB (AETC) 48th AS/314th
AW.  Its tail # was  05-3147
