    STARGATE was working JTIDS connectivity issues
    with DRAGNET.  The problem apparently had to do
    with fighters having "NTR."  Once the fighters were
    RTB and DRAGNET assumed NTR, STARGATE
    no longer had a problem getting in the link.  STARGATE
    was working the 1st BCT exercise at Fort Stewart, GA
    at the time.
