  "Coast Guard Sector Miami" is up on 157.05 (Ch 21A) in  encrypted and clear 
comms with "Shark 18" and "Shark 34."  Tells Shark 18  he has him in the 
clear on HF; requests Shark 18 attempt radio check with Shark  34.
